PRICES
All prices in our Ireland price lists are in € Euro and include VAT.
In the unlikely event that an administration error results in an incorrect
price being displayed on this website, Active Leisure Ireland reserves the
right to correct that price and will seek the purchaser’s confirmation
in writing or via email before proceeding with the transaction.
INTERNET ORDERING PROCESS
To order goods on this website simply click the "Add to Cart" button
next to the item of your choice. After making your selections enter checkout
process using the "Go to Checkout" button displayed beneath your
order details on the shopping cart page, or on the top right of any page you
are on. You will be able to review and amend your order before proceeding through
the checkout pages. During the checkout process you will be asked to enter
delivery details and accept our Terms and Conditions of Sale. You will also
be asked to select a retailer who will manage any warranty issues related to
your purchase. Finally you will be asked for details of the debit / credit
card you wish to use. At any point you can return to a previous screen by using
the back button on your web browser. After entering your debit / credit card
details you will recieve confirmation on screen if your order has been successfully
placed, an email will then be sent to the email address you submitted with
details of your order. If you need to amend your order after it has been transmitted,
please contact us either by email (info@activeleisureireland.com)
or telephone (059 9771741, Mon-Fri, 08.30 to 17.00). Active Leisure Ireland
will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to the email address
you supplied when ordering, however this will not bring into existence a legally
binding agreement between us. All orders placed through this website are subject
to stock availability and to the validation checks described in below. No contract
will exist between the purchaser and Active Leisure Ireland for the sale of
products by us to you until your credit/debit card has been charged. This will
be deemed to be our acceptance of your order.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following methods of payment with payment debited to the purchaser’s
account prior to despatch of goods ordered.
Credit & Charge Cards: Visa, Mastercard,
American Express & Laser. The product must be delivered
to the address that appears on the card statement.
Cheque: Made payable to Active Leisure
Ireland, please contact us to place your order.
Bank Transfer: Details on request.
VALIDATION CHECKS
Credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation
by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment
to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. In the interests
of preventing fraudulent use of cards, we reserve the right to validate the
names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process
against commercially available records. We may need to contact you by letter,
telephone or email to verify details before we are able to dispatch your
order.
DELIVERY
Delivery is made by our logistics partner, by a courier company or by the postal
service. We try to deliver within 5 working days, provided the required goods
are in stock, but we can not guarantee this lead time.
Risk in the goods will pass to the purchaser on delivery.
Delivery charges are as follows
- Orders up to €50 charged at €5
- Orders up to €200 charged at €10 and
- Orders over €200 charged at €20
Our published delivery charges are for deliveries to addresses
within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Delivery
to off shore islands can be arranged at additional cost.
Delivery will be deemed as successfully made once the product
has arrived and been accepted at the address specified. No
signature is required for proof of delivery.
Should delivery be refused, and requested for another date, a charge will be
made for the second delivery. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to
sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery
consignment note. Shortages must be noted on the consignment note. The purchaser
should notify Active Leisure Ireland of the shortages immediately by telephone,
059 9771741 between 08.30 and 17.00 Monday to Friday, and in writing within
5 working days.
If boxes look damaged on delivery it is recommend that the
contents are inspected before accepting and signing the delivery
note. The purchaser must make a note on the carrier's delivery
consignment note and inform Active Leisure Ireland immediately
by telephone on 059 9771741, and within 7 working days in
writing of the delivery. If in doubt, contact Active Leisure
Ireland immediately on 059 9771741 before accepting and signing
for the delivery. Office hours 08.30 and 17.00 Monday to
Friday. Outside those hours please leave a message.
CANCELLATIONS
If the purchaser decides to cancel an order after the products have been despatched
and commenced their carriage, the purchaser will be charged for the carriage
of those products. Active Leisure Ireland advises the purchaser to check
the status of the order before requesting cancellation. Any charges will
be communicated to the purchaser before cancellation is confirmed. The purchaser
has a statutory 7 day cooling off period from the date of submission of the
order. During this time you may cancel the order at any time and receive
a full refund. The above returns policy does not affect your statutory rights
RETURNS
The purchaser may return any delivered products within 7 working days of delivery
for any reason. To do so the purchaser must notify Active Leisure Ireland
in writing, via email (info@activeleisureireland.com)
or by recorded post within 7 working days of delivery. Returned products
must be in original packaging and undamaged.
If returning a product for any reason, except because of
damage or manufacturing defect, the purchaser must pay the
costs of returning the products to Active Leisure Ireland
warehouse at Dublin. On request, Active Leisure Ireland will
collect the products, but the cost of collection will be
charged to the purchaser and deducted from the refund due.
Whilst in the purchaser’s possession, products intended
for return must be maintained in good condition. Products
must be returned in the same format as they were delivered.
If products were delivered unassembled they must be returned
in the same way. Care must be taken to ensure the products
for return are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts
in transit.
Products returned which cannot be re-sold as new, due to
damage or wear and tear may be subject, at Active Leisure
Ireland’s absolute discretion, to a reduction in the
refund given to the purchaser.
No products whatever will be accepted for return without
prior authorisation and the issue of a Return Number by Active
Leisure Ireland.
AFTER SALES SERVICE AND WARRANTY
The purchaser will be asked at time of purchase to nominate an authorised dealer
who will provide product service in the event of a warranty claim. Full particulars
of the warranty coverage associated with the product can be obtained by contacting
Active Leisure Ireland by email (info@activeleisureireland.com)
or by telephone (059 9771741, Mon-Fri, 08.30 to 17.00).
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Active Leisure Ireland may assign, transfer, or subcontract any or all of our
rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Active Leisure Ireland may alter these Terms and Conditions
from time to time and post the new Terms & Conditions
on the website www.activeleisureireland.com
These Terms and Conditions together with payment method
instructions are the whole agreement between Active Leisure
Ireland and the purchaser. The purchaser acknowledges that
he or she has not entered into this agreement in reliance
upon any statement, warranty or representation made by Active
Leisure Ireland or by any other person and the purchaser
irrevocably and unconditionally waives any rights to claim
damages and/or to rescind these Terms and Conditions by reason
of any misrepresentation (other than a fraudulent misrepresentation)
that is not contained in the Terms and Conditions and payment
method instructions.
If any provision or terms of these Terms and Conditions
shall become or be declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable
for any reason whatsoever, such term or provision shall be
divisible from the other Terms and Conditions and shall be
deemed to be deleted from them.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Republic of Ireland
law and the purchaser submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction
of the Republic of Ireland court.
Active Leisure Ireland will not be held liable for any failure
to perform any obligation to the purchaser due to causes
beyond its reasonable control.
Colour reproduction on this website is as accurate as photographic
and electronic processes allow.
Failure or delay by either party enforcing an obligation
or exercising a right under these Terms and Conditions does
not constitute a waiver of that obligation or right.
